Deborah is a highly experienced Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health specialising in neurodiversity. Deborah herself has a diagnosis of autism, which has helped her personally, and has deepened her understanding of autism within her professional practice.
Deborah's training includes: post graduate qualification in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy - the Tavistock Clinic London; the DISCO autism assessment and diagnosis - NAS Lorna Wing Centre; the 3Di (Developmental, Dimensional and Diagnostic Interview) - University College London; the ADOS-2 and the DIVA - Diagnostic Interview for ADHD. Deborah has participated in developing an NHS autism diagnostic pathway in Hertfordshire and has close connections with the Communications Disorders Team, Specialist Advisory Teachers, Speech and language services, CAMHS and Education Services.
Deborah is a member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP)
She maintains the highest professional and ethical standards in line with the ACP code of ethics and professional conduct. She regularly attend professional development workshops and conferences and has regular supervision. She has an advanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Catherine is a highly experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist. She has extensive training in psychological therapies and neurodiversity. Catherine herself has a diagnosis of autism, which provides a unique insight helping her to build connections with others with neurodiversity. Catherine is Consultant Clinical Psychologist for Oxford Health NHS Trust and clinical lead for neurodiversity. Her private practice is based in Hemel Hempstead.
Catherine is trained to administer the ADOS-2, the MIGDAS, the ADI-R and the DIVA
Catherine is registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS), The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist, the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and has an advanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Eleanor has many years experience of working with neurodiversity across the age range. She is trained in the DISCO, the ADI-R and the ADOS-2. She works in the NHS and privately.
